I am desired by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you, for the information of the Secretary Cardwell, that they see no objection to the Estimate No. 31 of 1864 for the maintenance and repair of the water works Hongkong during the present year amounting to $81,200.
